T57 Intake conveyer - horizontal

The T57 drag conveyor is constructed from standard elements, which can easily be integrated into any conveyor system through combination.

The JEMA AGRO drag conveyor is made of robust galvanized material, making it highly suitable for outdoor installation. The drag conveyor is available in a horizontal design or horizontal with a 30° bend. It operates efficiently in both versions and has a low power consumption relative to its capacity.

The T57 drag conveyor is designed for transporting grain, granulates, and other bulk materials. The material is conveyed gently and quietly using a steel chain equipped with plastic carriers. The capacity can be continuously adjusted from full capacity down to approximately 40%. The drag conveyor’s capacity is adapted to transport material from a JEMA DRY PIT to a JEMA bucket elevator.

Complete with pull station, shaft geared motor, inlet hopper, transition flanges, tension section, outlet chute, and chain.

Capacity: 200 m³/h - 150 t/h in well-cleaned dry wheat with a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³
