T51 Belt conveyor

The T51 Belt conveyor is built from standard components, which can be easily integrated into any conveyor system through combination.

The JEMA AGRO belt conveyor is made of galvanized steel and designed as a modular system for easy assembly. All three types are constructed with carrier rollers, operate quietly, and have low power consumption relative to their capacity.

The belt conveyor can transport material in both directions. It also allows transport at up to a 30° incline using carriers, though with reduced capacity. The conveyor is designed for industrial use and is suitable for gentle transport of most materials.

Complete with drive station, worm gear motor, torque arm, tension section, 500 mm EP250 belt, carrier rollers every 0.5 m on the feed side and every 2.0 m on the return side.

Without inlet hopper, roller sensor, and belt scrapers.

Worm gear motor: 150 rpm. Capacity: 140 m³/h – 105 t/h with clean dry wheat having a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³.
