T50 Conveyor Belt

The T50 belt conveyor is constructed from standard elements, which can easily be integrated into any conveyor system through combination. The JEMA AGRO belt conveyor is made of galvanized steel and designed as a modular system that is easy to assemble. All three types are equipped with carrier rollers, operate quietly, and have low power consumption relative to their capacity.

The belt conveyor can transport material in both directions. It also allows transport at up to a 30° incline when using carriers, although with reduced capacity. The conveyor is designed for industrial use and is suitable for gentle handling of most materials.

Complete with drive station, worm gear motor, torque arm, tension section, 400 mm oil-resistant EP250 belt, carrier rollers every 0.5 m on the delivery side and every 2.0 m on the return side.

Without inlet hopper, roller sensor, and belt scrapers.

Worm gear motor: 150 rpm. Capacity: 80 m³/h - 60 t/h for clean dry wheat with a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³.
