T49 Intake conveyor - horizontal

The T49 drag conveyor is constructed from standard elements, which can be easily integrated into any conveyor system through combination.

The JEMA AGRO drag conveyor is made of robust galvanized material, making it highly suitable for outdoor installation. It is available in a horizontal design or horizontal with a 30° bend. Both versions operate efficiently and have low power consumption relative to their capacity.

The T49 drag conveyor is designed for transporting grain, granulates, and other bulk materials. The material is conveyed gently and quietly using a steel chain equipped with plastic carriers. The capacity can be continuously adjusted from full capacity down to approximately 40%. The conveyor’s capacity is adapted to transport material from a JEMA DRY PIT to a JEMA bucket elevator.

140 m³/h - 105 t/h in well-cleaned dry wheat with a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³.
