T45 Chain conveyer - horizontal

The T44/T45 chain conveyors are constructed from standard elements, which can easily be integrated into any conveyor system through combination.

The JEMA AGRO chain conveyor is made of galvanized material, making it particularly suitable for outdoor installation. The T44/T45 chain conveyors are designed for industrial use to transport grain, granulates, and other bulk materials.

Material transport is gentle and quiet, using a quality roller chain equipped with rubber carriers. The chain conveyor operates efficiently both horizontally and at inclines up to 30°, with low power consumption relative to its capacity. It is designed to transport material from a JEMA elevator to storage or a JEMA belt conveyor.

Complete with drive station, bevel gear motor, torque arm, end section, inlet piece, extensions, 90° outlet hopper, and chain.
Capacity: 80 m³/h - 60 t/h in well-cleaned dry wheat with a bulk density of 0.75 t/m³.
Shaft gear motor: 180 rpm.
